Each year, we meticulously select non-profits that offer essential services aimed at empowering women and families in their daily lives. These organizations are given a spotlight at the event, with dedicated exhibitor spaces and opportunities to share their impactful work on stage.
But the Women’s Fair is not just about visibility – it’s about making a tangible difference. Alongside raising awareness, we come together to raise crucial funds for these deserving organizations by organizing raffles with exciting prize packages. What sets us apart is our commitment to fairness: every dollar raised is divided equally among our selected non-profits, ensuring that each one receives the support they need to continue their vital missions.
Over the years, the Women’s Fair has been privileged to feature a diverse range of organizations, including well-known names such as the YWCA of Missoula, the Tamarack Grief Resource Center, and the Zootown Arts Community Center, among many others. From empowering women through sports with the Hellgate Rollergirls to providing support for grieving families with the Silver Lining Foundation, each non-profit plays a unique role in our community.

YOU Choose the Next Women’s Fair Featured Non-Profits!
If you know of a local noprofit who works to improve the lives of Women and Children in our community, and you’d like to see them recognized for their important work, nominate them to become one of our 2024 Featured Non-Profits!
Nominations will open in October and close the beginning of December each year. All qualified nominations will then be featured here for public voting from mid December through the end of the month. Two non-profits will be featured at the following Women’s Fair. More details will be posted here in October.
The Montana Women’s Fair is produced by Marketplace Events. We also produce Pet Fest, the Health and Wellness Fair and Beast Your Biz! in Western and Northwestern Montana. We have been producing these events since 2006!
