Thank you for your interest in participating in the Women’s Fair!

The Missoula Women’s Fair is seeking massage therapists, reiki, tarot and card readers for the 2024 event!

Please apply below if you are interested in contributing your time and talent to the Women’s Fair. You must be available for the entire event from 11am to 4pm.

By submitting your application, you agree to the following:

• You must supply your own massage chairs or tables. We will provide a small square table for you.
•  Any changes made to your program after your application is approved must be submitted to us in advance.
• A complete description is required to be used on our website and in marketing and advertising materials.
• You may place marketing materials on the tables in front of the stage as well as at your massage station.
• You must be completely set-up by 10:30am.
• You will charge $1 per minute and donate at least 50% of your proceeds to the Women’s Fair fundraising efforts.
