It’s fun filled day packed full of prizes, entertainment, shopping, chair massage and more. Christopher Baumann is the Recording Engineer with Zootown Arts Community Center. Christopher will be handling the sound on the main stage for the day. When he’s not volunteering his time to us, he’s hanging out in the ZACC recording studio which is designed to facilitate high-quality recording sessions of all kinds, with an emphasis on efficiency and excitement, by using hybrid analog/digital recording techniques and much of the industry-standard equipment you’d expect to find in professional recording studios around the world. WIN our $100 Cash Door Prize!
When you enter the Women’s Fair, you’ll receive a program and entry form. Visit 30 Exhibitors, then deposit your entry form at the front door. We will draw for the Raffle Items and $100 Cash Door Prize after 3:30.
The Women’s Fair opens at 11am and closes at 4pm. The day will be packed full of entertainment. Smile! We‘ll be taking photos and video all day and by attending you agree to allow us to use your photo in future promotions.
WIN A $100 CASH – Using your program, get initials from at least 30 Exhibitors and deposit your entry form at the front door. We will draw the winners from the stage around 3:30. You must be present to win.
ALL DAY – Besides shopping with exhibitors, you can get a Chair Massage, Reiki, Tarot Card and Palm Readings for $1 per minute. Take a minute and browse the Raffle Items near the stage. Raffle tickets are $4 each or 3 for $10. This is part of our fund-raising efforts for our Featured Non-Profits. There will also be Face-painting available. All proceeds from these activities benefit our Feature Non-profits, Girls on Shred and Buckets of Love, LLC.

We feature local non-profit organizations that provide much-needed services to women, children and families in our community. Through the event, we feature each non-profit with an exhibitor space and the opportunity to speak on stage about their organization. In addition to raising awareness, we also raise funds for these organizations through the prize packages that are raffled off at the Women’s Fair.
11:30 – On Center Performing Arts & Summit Cheer @ Mismo
This group of very talented performers is a combination of dancers from On Center Performing Arts and cheer athletes from Summit Cheer. Mismo Gym believes that challenge is embraced and joy comes from learning. The Mismo mission is a changing and evolving philosophy that stretches and grows according to the dreams and expectations of the owners, employees and clients. Noon – Studio M Company
Studio M believes in cultivating not only strong dancers, but overall, well-rounded human beings. They strive to educate and empower their students on important life skills through the discipline and artistry of dance. The Studio M dancers taking the stage at the Women’s Fair will range in age from 10 to 17. More information about Studio M Company can be found on their website.
1:00 – Five Valley Chorus of Sweet Adelines
This group of lovely ladies is a family of joyful women bonded by their love of singing and performing four-part a cappella harmony. The Five Valley Chorus was founded in 1971 and is a registered chorus with the Sweet Adelines International organization. The group, comprised of around 40 core members throughout western Montana, meets weekly to sing and learn the barbershop style of singing. Members come from all over western Montana, including Hamilton, Stevensville, Lolo, Missoula, Alberton, Polson, Kalispell, Whitefish, Libby, and Great Falls. The chorus also has additional ladies from throughout Montana who are exercising their option for dual membership. The combined chorus practices together one Saturday each month in preparation for contests and performances. Five Valley Chorus holds many Regional titles in Region 24 (the region included Montana, Oregon, southern Idaho and southwestern Washington) and has been privileged to compete on the International level eight times! 1:30 – Animal Wonders
The goal of Animal Wonders is to spread knowledge and understanding of animals and conservation throughout Montana. Through the use of live animal ambassadors and presentations, meeting Montana science standards, Animal Wonders educates the public about animal adaptation, animal behavior, and conservation. Animal Wonders adopts displaced wildlife and other animals in need and give them the job of becoming ambassadors for their species. 2:30 – Super Skippers
A 40-year-old, 100% volunteer run organization, the Montana Super Skippers love sharing healthy living, leadership, sportsmanship, team work and jump rope skills with Missoula. “Club Jumpers” meet once a week to have fun while learning the skills, confidence, and the health benefits of jump rope. More dedicated jumpers form a “Tournament Team” that meets seven or more hours each week to learn how to spin, twirl and jump for Regional, National, and International competitions. They are a regional leader, achieving a high level of recognition at national and international competitions. Some members of the team can jump at speeds of over 80 miles per hour and perform intricate, powerful and complicated moves in their freestyle events. This group will entertain and inspire you with their belly dance/body empowerment routine.
3:30 – $100 Door Prize and Raffle Winners Announced
Our lucky winners will be announced on the Main Stage. Stick around and enjoy the fun! Winners can take their prizes home with them directly from the Women’s Fair.
